‘소액결제 현금화 산업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스사용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용하도록 한 후 사용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할말미암아 매입하는 행위에 ‘6년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처되도록 규정하고 있을 것이다.
