When your AC dies in the middle of a heatwave, you really appreciate a good HVAC contractor. The guy I called showed up within two hours, diagnosed the problem quickly, and didn't try to upsell me on a whole new system. He just fixed the capacitor and explained how to maintain the unit better. It's rare to find that level of straightforward service, but when you do, you hold onto their number for life.
