The Holston Conference churches, part of the United Methodist tradition, dot the landscapes of East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and North Georgia. These congregations are known for their strong sense of community, with many actively involved in local outreach like food pantries and disaster relief. The annual conference gatherings bring together pastors and lay members for fellowship and decision-making, blending Appalachian heritage with modern ministry.
